The balsamic vinegars have a clear appearance without any fruit particles and can be as well conveniently used in a spayer. The colour of the vinegar reflects the individual fruit/herb and becomes darker while still aging in the bottle. All vinegars are hand-filtered, not mechanically to ensure a maximum in flavour and aroma, Minor sedimentation on the bottom of the bottle is absolutely normal. All balsamic vinegars are aged for a minimum of 3 years and only released when their reached their full potential in taste and aroma.
