BALSAMIC HERB VINEGARS :

Only selected Cape wines are used for the balsamic herb vinegars to blend in with the flavour of the individual herbs.

Huge amounts of fresh herbs are used for the production of these vinegars. These herbs are naturally grown and no artificial flavours or chemical substances are added to the vinegars. There are not always all herbs in season therefore it is convenient for professional and household use to add your desired herb flavour handy in a bottle.

Vinegar by itself is a preservative, it still ages in the bottle.
